World Cancer Day 2021 Celebrations
On 4th February 2021, addlife to years foundation in collaboration with Tema municipal assembly organised a ceremony to mark the World Cancer Awareness day. The founder of Addlife to Years foundation shared her success story and also educated the audience on Cancer. There was also demonstration on easy to prepare fruit juice and foods that can be taken to prevent Cancer
Launch of Lymphoma Support group
In September 2022, addlife to years foundation in collaboration with Korle bu Hematology Department launched the first Lymphoma Support Group in the Country. As a Lymphoma Survivor, Mrs. Betty Smith Afful, the leader and founder of the Support Group shared her Cancer journey story to encourage the Lymphoma patients and also promised to fight with them through out their Cancer journey. She also encouraged care givers to also show love and support to those diagnosed with Lymphoma
A visit to Nigeria for Creation of cancer awareness
The co-founder of Addlife to Years foundation, Mr. Bensmith Afful paid a visit to Nigeria in March 2023. He interacted with the patients and staff of the hospital. He also extended financial support to some of the patients.
